THE PLAN IS SIMPLE
PHASE 1: THE SCULPTING PHASE
Michelangelo said David was already inside the marble - he simply removed everything that wasn't David. That is exactly how we approach Phase 1
The first phase is about identifying exactly where you are at from an overall body composition standpoint. When we talk about ‘getting fit’ we are really saying: ‘Build or maintain muscle & lose fat’ ie: Improve body composition
It is impossible to make progress if you don’t know exactly where you are & exactly where you want to go. We will use a mixture of photos, bodyweight, and DEXA scans to assess your starting body composition - from there we can set goals that match the level you want to achieve
We start with a comprehensive onboarding assessment to identify your biggest obstacles and your 12 month goals. Then I personally customize your LMTLSS Client Roadmap
We will review and solidify your protocol on our initial Onboarding Call
We will use our Flexible Dieting Framework which will teach you how to eat in order to lose fat while gaining muscle. No diets, no dietary restriction - just a new awareness of how to eat in order to achieve your goals. This framework prioritizes calorie and macronutrient targets - the two main factors that contribute towards composition change
Next, we will install a Tailored Training Program that is built based on the time you have and want to commit to strength training. Our average clients achieves their results in 2-4 hours per week in the gym. Now, if you have more time and love gym - great but it’s possible to get more out of less when you start focusing on the right things
Once we have dialed in your starting metrics for nutrition and training, we will establish accountability check points to ensure you have wise council from a coach and consistent feedback. Between daily tasks, full time text & voice memo access, weekly reports, and monthly 1-on-1 coaching calls - you will have everything you need to stay on the path towards your dream body
During phase 1, we will install these disciplines in a way that perfectly fits into the reality of your life so that progress becomes a default state rather than something you have to grind for
Our average client loses 25lbs of fat and gains 5lbs of muscle in their first 90 days
That is phase 1 - it’s all about getting clear on where you are going and sculpting your physique to your leanest, healthiest, most athletic self
(for men we aim for 10-15% body fat for women we aim for 16-24% body fat)
PHASE 2: THE REPROGRAMMING PHASE
Getting lean is a skill. Staying lean is an identity - and most coaches never teach you the difference
You've probably done some crazy diet to lose weight for an event, a wedding, or a tropical vacation - only to watch that weight come back just as fast as it left. That's not a willpower problem. That's a reprogramming problem
At LMTLSS we are all about building a lifestyle that leads to lasting results and Phase 2 is where that becomes permanent
After your Sculpting Phase, we begin a structured Reverse Diet. The length depends on how long Phase 1 was, but the purpose is singular - solidify your new lean physique and heal the metabolic damage done by years of fad diets, crash diets, and yo-yoing. Through a data-driven approach, we restore your metabolism to full capacity and then push it beyond baseline
This is also where the deeper work happens. Your body changed - now your identity catches up. Through our identity integration work, woven through every phase of coaching, we close the gap between the result you achieved and the person you now are. Your new composition stops feeling like somewhere you visited and starts feeling like somewhere you live
The outcome is simple but powerful - a lean body, a resilient metabolism, and the freedom to eat well while staying in the best shape of your life. You worked hard to get here. Phase 2 makes sure you never have to start over again
PHASE 3: THE ASCENSION PHASE
Now that you have built the habits and the body you're in love with - you'll notice life just comes a little bit easier
Many of our clients find themselves closing more deals, showing up with more presence for their spouse, and moving through relationships with a ease they didn't have before. Why? Because the world is a mirror. When you decide to become your best - you start seeing the best all around you
This is also where we part ways with the fitness industry entirely. The industry preaches the bulk - eat more, gain weight, worry about the fat later. What that actually produces is a softening of the physique you worked hard to build, a loosening of the habits that got you there, and eventually a return to square one. We've seen it too many times
The Ascension Phase is different. The ball is in your court - maybe you want to get a little leaner, maybe you want to maximize the muscle on your frame, maybe you want to maintain and simply dominate from this level. Whatever the goal, we grow without compromising the composition or the standards you've built
