My soul purpose on this planet is to see those around me excel and succeed. Over the past 8 years I have been working with people from all walks of life to change their bodies, minds, and lives. Change requires two things; a decision and the proper system.

This 1-on-1 online training program is not only intended to give you the tools you need to change your body but to give you the knowledge you need to create lasting change.

The program will begin with an onboarding call with me (please set aside about 45 min for this). During this zoom call, you will be provided with everything you need to be able to understand this journey from beginning to end. This is also when I will get context about where you are at, your goals, your why, and much more. This is where you can ask any questions you have about the program and systems we use. The people with the most questions see the best results! 


We will get you set up on my personalized fitness app and walk your through how to use it. Do not worry if technology isn’t for you, it is extremely easy to use. Through the app, you will have daily homework assignments on your calendar (weighing in, tracking your intake, and completing your customized workouts). This may sounds like a ton of work, but I promise you it takes way less time than you think & these habits are going to be necessary for your transformation journey. 


In addition to the daily homework, my clients have a weekly check-in that they they are required to fill out, this if your weekly homework (takes about 5 minutes to do)! This will be an additional form of accountability, and will provide me information needed to determine how to best help you progress, prevent plateaus, and determine when it is time to make necessary changes to your programing. 


THIS IS NOT A SET IT AND FORGET IT PROGRAM. With constant communication, as life changes and throws curveballs - this program will change & evolve as necessary and will be tailored to your personal likes & schedule. Don’t have access to a gym? No problem. We will create home workouts for you that require no equipment. Are you a mom of 5 or own a large corporation and only have 30 minutes a few times a week to exercise? That is totally fine, change is still possible and we will make it work with the time you have (our average client achieves their results with dedicating only 2-3 hours a week to their fitness). 


I don’t want you to be my client forever! Long-term success is my ultimate goal so you can lose the weight and actually keep it off. This is why communication is so important, and why I will consistently walk you through the changes I make and why I am making them. That way you can maintain this process, habits, and keep reaching your goals on your own.  


I will will give 100% to all my clients and I will expect the same in return. I can’t want it more than you do.

This is also be where you can message me, send form videos, etc. Everything on the app is customized and designed around you and your lifestyle. Whatever you need we will create. Traveling for work? We will create a hotel workout plan for you for that week. Don’t have access to a gym? We will create a bodyweight workout for you that you can do from your living room. Enjoy taking dance classes? We will add that in as your cardio. Fitness programs should not be one size fits all. 

  • If I have specific questions when can I contact you?
    24/7! You will have access to message me whenever needs and I will always get back to you as soon as possible. Please take advantage of this! I want you to use me as a resource.
  • Will I be on a specific diet?
    One of the best parts about my coaching is that you will learn to create your own diet based on your goals, body, and lifestyle. I will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to create and follow the diet you choose for yourself based on the tools & data I use for my own body transformations and have used to help many clients create their own success stories!
  • How much weight will I lose?
    My average weight loss client (who is at least 50% compliant) loses 25.9 lbs in their first 3 months of coaching. It could be more or less depending on how much weight there is to lose, but we focus on sustainable results. Our pace is a reflection of what will be healthy and sustainable LONG TERM for you. *If you are looking for a quick fix, this program is not for you. We are playing the long game*
  • Will there be custom meal plans?
    I do not write specific meal plans and will not tell you exactly what to eat. I believe you can lose weight eating the foods that YOU LOVE. However, I will give my recommendations if you ask! If you’re looking for a restrictive meal plan/meal prep program, this is not the right fit.
